Coaching

In contrast to psychotherapy, coaching is a shorter collaboration with a narrowly defined goal.

Topics can be:

 

  • self-care coaching: learning to relate to yourself in a kind way, dealing with self-criticism and perfectionism

  • mindfulness and meditation

  • stress reduction

  • job changes and the challenges of the application process

  • feeling more confident during presentations at work or at school

  • setting personal boundaries at work
